LANO Enhances Member Benefits with GrantStation MVP Program
The Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations (LANO), a statewide membership organization that advocates for the nonprofit community, has supplemented their GrantStation Insider offering by joining GrantStation’s MVP Program. “A source for grant opportunities and related information is a frequent request of our membership,” said Matt Mullenix, Vice President of Public Relations for LANO. “Diverse funding sources are essential in down economies, when nonprofits are constantly in the hunt to replace lost revenue. LANO was founded by the Council for a Better Louisiana, and in 1999 they separately incorporated and received their 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. LANO’s mission is to be Louisiana’s “go-to” source for high quality information, tools, resources, and member benefits. They also work to be a written and spoken voice of advocacy for and about Louisiana’s nonprofit sector.
